01 · Prepare your card details
Keep the exact card type, value, expiry and purchase or gifting record ready. If you are unsure which category to select, contact support with the product name first. Keep the actual claim code and PIN private during a general enquiry.
02 · Sign in and review payout details
Use your GCDeal account and check the bank or UPI details saved under Payout Details. Confirm the beneficiary information carefully; a mistyped UPI ID or bank account can delay a permitted payout.
03 · Enter accurate card information
For a qualifying card, select the correct brand and voucher type, then enter the requested value, expiry and other details in the dedicated form. Enter a PIN only where the card actually has one. Review the deduction and estimate before submitting.
04 · Keep your Gift Card ID
Save the submission reference. GCDeal may check ownership, available value, validity and eligibility, and may request supporting records through the appropriate channel. Submission starts a review; it is not a completed sale.
05 · Follow verification and payment updates
Check My Listings or tracking for the latest status. Eligible approved payouts follow verification and beneficiary checks. GCDeal does not require a separate final-offer acceptance step in its current flow.
Fast payout to your UPI or bank account
GCDeal targets payout within 30 minutes after successful verification and required checks. Choose your verified UPI or bank details and keep them accurate for a smoother payout. Review time and payment-provider processing can vary; submitting a card does not trigger an immediate cash transfer.

What not to send in a support message
Never send a redeemable gift card code, PIN, password, banking OTP or UPI PIN in an ordinary email, public comment or social message. For a general eligibility question, the product name and a description are enough to start. Use a dedicated secure submission field only when the card is eligible and you intend to submit it.

Common reasons a submission may be declined
A submission may need correction or be declined if the code is invalid, already redeemed or expired; the details do not match; ownership is unclear; or the stated balance cannot be verified. Check the reason shown in your account and contact support with your Gift Card ID if you need help.

Is GCDeal’s 10% deduction charged by Amazon?
No. The 10% figure is the selling deduction currently displayed by GCDeal. Review the deduction and estimated payout in the form before submitting.
Can I submit gift card balance already added to my account?
Balance already added to an account is different from an unused claim code. Tell support the exact product and redemption status before choosing a submission category.
Will I receive payment as soon as I submit?
No payment is guaranteed at submission. GCDeal’s stated target follows successful verification and required checks for an eligible accepted transaction.
Is a PIN required for every Amazon voucher?
No. Provide only the fields that apply to your actual voucher. Do not invent a PIN or share account credentials to replace one.
Does every card need 30 days of validity remaining?
