We aim to process accepted and approved payouts promptly. First the card must be verified and validated and the beneficiary details confirmed. No separate offer acceptance is required. The payout target is 30 minutes after successful checks; Transfer timing can vary with review or banking delays, so payment is not guaranteed immediately after submission.

GCDeal focuses on valid unused cards. Redeemed or expired cards generally cannot be accepted. If any value has already been used, enter the accurate remaining amount, and only submit a card if that specific type is eligible.
13Do I need to complete KYC before receiving payment?
Additional KYC or beneficiary verification may be requested for security and payment accuracy. If required, follow the instructions under My Account → KYC Verification and upload documents only through the designated private form.
14How do I track my gift card and payout status?
Keep your Gift Card ID and sign in to My Listings or Track Submissions. Follow the available updates for review, processing, validation and payout. A 'Validated' status is not the same as 'Paid'.
15What if my payout is delayed?
Check your listing status and payout details first. Then contact GCDeal support with your Gift Card ID, registered email and a short explanation. Never send a gift card PIN, banking OTP or password in an ordinary support message.
16Can I cancel or correct a submission?
To cancel or correct a submission, contact support with your Gift Card ID before the transaction is completed. No separate offer acceptance is required for eligible approved cards. Cancellation availability depends on the current processing or payment status and applicable policy.
