GCDEAL · SELLER GUIDE
Sell with confidence.
Start with the right details.
A practical guide to preparing your gift card, submitting it for review and following your payout.
Before you begin
✓ An eligible unused gift card — check its brand, balance, expiry and transfer restrictions.
✓ Your contact details — use an email address and phone number you can access.
✓ Ownership records — keep a receipt or gifting record available if requested.
✓ Bank account or UPI — add accurate payment information in your account.
Your selling checklist, step by step.
Follow these six steps from card preparation to payout tracking.
01
Check your card
Confirm the exact brand and voucher type. Check balance and expiry using the issuer’s official website, app or support. Read its transfer and redemption restrictions.
Use the issuer’s official channels.
02
Prepare your GCDeal account
Log in or register, then add your bank account or UPI under Payout Details. Check the beneficiary name and payment information before proceeding.
Accurate details help avoid payout delays.
03
Submit through the secure form
Open Sell Gift Card, choose the correct brand and enter the required details. Review the payout estimate. Enter your gift card code and any applicable PIN only in the dedicated submission fields.
Save the Gift Card ID after submission.
04
Let us verify & validate
Our team checks your card details, available balance, expiry and eligibility. Ownership or additional seller verification may be requested. Respond through GCDeal’s official support channels.
Submission is reviewed before acceptance.
05
Understand your deduction and payout
Review the deduction and estimated payout shown at submission, and keep your bank or UPI details correct. The card remains subject to verification and approval; you do not need to accept a separate final offer.
Know the agreed amount before proceeding.
06
Track your payout
After successful verification and validation, the payout is processed to verified bank or UPI details using the listed deduction. Check My Listings for submission and payment updates.
Keep your Gift Card ID for support.
A few smart habits
Keep your card private. Do not post voucher codes publicly or send them through ordinary email, contact forms or messaging apps.
Share only what is needed. Never share banking passwords, OTPs or your UPI PIN.
Keep your reference. Save the Gift Card ID and ownership records. Use official support if a submission needs follow-up.
Check before you submit. Invalid, redeemed, expired or restricted cards may be declined. Submitting a card does not guarantee a sale or payout.
Your unused card deserves a next step.
