How eligibility is assessed
01
Issuer rules come first
The issuing brand controls redemption, balance checks, expiry and transfer restrictions. GCDeal cannot override an issuer’s prohibition on resale or transfer.
02
Ownership evidence may be needed
A receipt, order confirmation, gifting record or other lawful ownership evidence may be requested through an approved secure channel. Redact unrelated sensitive details.
03
A balance is not enough
A card may have value but still be restricted or unsuitable. The listed brand or a displayed payout estimate does not guarantee that your particular card will be accepted.
04
Acceptance follows review
We check the submission, verify and validate the card, then process eligible approved payouts using the displayed deduction and confirmed payment details. No separate offer acceptance is required.
Protect yourself from gift card scams
Do not buy vouchers at someone else’s instruction to settle fees, taxes or debts. Pause if a caller pressures you to send a claim code, PIN or payment urgently.
Keep card codes out of ordinary email, social messages and public screenshots. Use GCDeal’s dedicated submission fields for voucher details. Never share banking passwords, OTPs or your UPI PIN.
Unsure about your card?
Check the issuer’s terms and the listed brands first. If you need clarification or want to report suspicious activity, contact support with a summary and your Gift Card ID where available. Do not include the secret code or PIN.
