Our business

GCDeal is operated by Abhishek Shivkumar Saroj, from Sion, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400022, India, and started in 2025. We are an independent gift card buying and selling service. Brand names identify their respective issuers and do not imply endorsement.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate name, email and phone details, activate your email, and keep login details private. Submit only unused eligible cards you lawfully own and are authorised to transfer. Verification may be required; suspicious or ineligible submissions may be declined.

Selling your card

Submission is a request for review, not guaranteed acceptance or payment. We verify eligibility and balance, then process eligible approved submissions using the deduction displayed at submission. No separate final-offer acceptance is required. KYC and verified beneficiary details may be required.

Payouts and delays

Payout follows successful verification, approval and confirmed payout details using the displayed deduction. There is no unconditional 30-minute guarantee. If a transfer fails, we investigate, explain the reason and arrange a retry after any necessary corrections. An unsuccessful transfer is not completed payment.

Buying and delivery

Check brand, denomination, total INR price, expiry and issuer restrictions before paying. Purchase price may differ from face value. Payment confirmation is separate from delivery. Digital delivery is targeted within 24 hours of confirmed payment and required checks unless another window is shown before purchase; delays will be communicated.

Redemption and cancellations

Follow the issuer’s region, validity and redemption restrictions. After a correct, usable voucher is revealed or delivered, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable. Invalid, incorrect or undelivered card complaints remain eligible for investigation and an appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy.

Safe use

Do not submit stolen, redeemed, manipulated or fraudulently obtained cards. Use the secure form for codes and PINs. Never share passwords, bank OTPs, full card secrets or unmasked Aadhaar in public comments or general support.

Policies and your rights

Our Privacy, Refund and KYC policies apply alongside these terms. Nothing removes applicable statutory rights or access to competent consumer forums. Updates apply prospectively with a revised date; already accepted transaction commitments remain applicable.
