GCDEAL · SELLER KYC & BENEFICIARY CHECKS
The right seller.
The right payout account.
Understand why seller identity, card ownership and payment details may need verification before a gift card transaction can proceed.
Complete KYC inside your account.
Sign in and open My Account → KYC Verification. Submit your legal name, masked Aadhaar and PAN images through the dedicated private upload form. JPG or PNG files up to 2 MB are accepted. Do not send identity documents through ordinary email or the contact form.
What sellers should know.
01
Why verification matters
Gift cards can be compromised, duplicated, improperly obtained or restricted. Identity and ownership checks help establish whether a submission can be considered.
Verification helps protect legitimate transactions.
02
Details that may be requested
Depending on the transaction and applicable requirements, checks may involve your accurate name and contact details, identity evidence, purchase proof and intended payout account details.
Upload only through your signed-in KYC Verification page.
03
Card ownership checks
Keep a receipt, original order confirmation or gifting record available. Supporting evidence may be needed to clarify lawful ownership and the origin of the card.
Keep voucher codes out of ordinary support attachments.
04
Beneficiary matching
Payouts should go to an authorised beneficiary. Differences between the verified seller and proposed bank or UPI recipient may need clarification or result in rejection.
Do not assume a third-party payout account will be accepted.
05
Accurate payment information
Use Payout Details in your GCDeal account to add your bank or UPI information. Check the beneficiary name, account number, IFSC or UPI ID carefully.
Account details and identity documents are different.
06
Privacy & document handling
KYC images are stored encrypted and viewed through an administrator-only review route. Your account shows Under review until an administrator approves or requests changes. Unreviewed uploads are scheduled to expire after 30 days. Reviewed document images are deleted from the active account record; the decision and review record remain. Backups may follow the hosting provider’s backup retention.
Document images are deleted from the active account record after the review is completed.
Keep sensitive information private.
Identity documents
Do not send PAN, Aadhaar images or bank statements through ordinary email, social messages or the general contact form. Use only the dedicated, signed-in KYC Verification form. Mask your Aadhaar number except its last four digits.
Banking credentials
Never share banking passwords, OTPs or your UPI PIN with someone claiming to be support.
Gift card details
Use the dedicated gift card submission fields for voucher details. Do not post a full code or PIN publicly.
Need help with a verification request?
Contact official support with your Gift Card ID and a short description of the question. Ask which details are required and confirm the secure submission method before sharing documents.
KYC done means GCDeal completed a manual document review; it does not mean UIDAI authentication. Verification does not automatically guarantee card acceptance or payout. The card must also meet eligibility and issuer requirements, and the displayed deduction applies to eligible approved cards without a separate final-offer acceptance step.
